Project Forge, a Kinetic Takeover app, helps you turn Pinterest inspiration into actionable vision boards and project plans. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use Project Forge.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you create or use Project Forge, including account details, project names, notes, tasks, and content you choose to add to your vision boards. We may also collect basic device and usage information to operate, secure, and improve the app.
2. Pinterest Connection
If you choose to connect your Pinterest account, Project Forge accesses only the information needed to provide the connection and create your boards, such as the Pins and board details you select. We do not post to Pinterest on your behalf unless you explicitly authorize an action. Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest’s own terms and privacy practices.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide Project Forge, organize and generate actionable project plans from your vision boards, maintain your account, respond to support requests, protect against misuse, and improve the reliability and usefulness of the service.
4. When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us host, secure, maintain, or support Project Forge, but only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our users, rights, and property.
5. Data Security and Retention

You may disconnect Pinterest from Project Forge at any time through the connection settings. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements and any information we must retain for legitimate purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Project Forge evolves. If we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of Project Forge after an update means you accept the revised policy.
